Formerly in the collection of Leigh and Sally Marsh, this fine Turkmen bag face shows one of the most intriguing patterns found among the small weavings from the Yomut tribe. The hooked motifs on the top and bottom of the rectangular compartment impart a strong tribal character to the composition.
