The rugs of the Beni Mguild tribe, located in the Moroccan Middle Atlas mountains, are often distinguished by the clear tones of their monochromatic rugs, woven with lanolin-rich wool and constructed in a particularly sturdy fashion. This beautiful old example has a field that is a symphony of pink, orange and purple shades, melting into each other like we only see in the most memorable sunsets.
