Woven with an intermediate knot density compared to the previous two examples (81 kpsi), this Basiri bag still displays all of the characteristic features of the group, with the exception of the border, consisting here of interconnected and multicoloured ’S’ forms against a white background, as well as the plain red back. Curiously the characteristic polygonal form is slightly offset with respect to the centre of the composition, shifting the balance of the pattern.
